CTSS BOD ZOOM Meeting Minutes – 6-18-21

He will compose a letter to members about the Santa Cares Food Drive for this summer. He also is working on the 3 Santa memorials for the Workshop Weekend for the members who have passed away this year.

Balance in checkbook is $9,006.81.
The $500.00 deposit check to Lake Compounce has been cashed. Received checks in the amounts of $105.00 & $65.00 for Workshop Weekend that will be deposited soon.

Phil made a motion to approve the minutes of 5-21-21. Jane seconded the motion. All approved.
Committee Reports:
Events (Workshop Weekend) – George McCleary (chair) & Phil Desjardins
We will start dinner at 5 PM & auction at 6:30 PM to allow for more time.
For Saturday night’s auction, Phil will be the auctioneer with Karen Lamy assisting.
For the Friday night campground get together, Phil stated that there will be games, singing & a grab bag at the Friday night get together at the campground. The grab bag should be no more than $20.00.
There will be signup sheets at the Workshop Weekend for upcoming CTSS events: Fall into Christmas picnic on Sept. 18th, The Bethlehem Fair on Sept 10th, 11th, & 12th, & the The Garlic Festival on Oct. 9th & 10th.
George stated that we will also have a general membership meeting later in October for elections of officers. Date & place has not been determined.
