CTSS BOD ZOOM Meeting Minutes – 7-16-21
Attendees: Louise (host), Phil, Duck, Bill, Norm, Bob, Jane, George & Jacqui
Call to Order: 7:38 PM

Chairman – Bill Dexter
Members are doing food drives & are very successful at it. Things are finally getting back to where people feel comfortable doing these things so it would be good to discuss the food drives at this weekend.
Jacqui stated that she will gladly send out emails about completed food drives, but the members have to notify her about them first.

Checkbook balance is $9,006.81. Expenses are still being totaled up & will report at next meeting.

Motion was made by Phil & seconded by Jane to approve the meeting minutes of 6-18-21. Approved by all except Norm who abstained.
Committee Reports:
Events (Workshop Weekend) – George McCleary (chair) & Phil Desjardins
There will be a film crews present at the Workshop Weekend along with local TV coverage.
Whoever is staying at the cabins will get late checkout. Next year, the campgrounds will try to get all the Santas in one area with late checkouts; this will include all other sites.
At the Friday night get together at the campgrounds, there will be a campfire with S’mores, a grab bag, the skunk game, prizes & a sing along.
He also has 1st, 2nd & 3rd prizes for the “Ugly T-shirt” contest on Saturday night.
Phil stated that he made up numbers for the auction; bidders will raise the number assigned to them. This should make the auction a bit easier for accounting purposes.
Decorating & take down at Lake Compounce will take place on Thursday, Friday & Monday. No vehicles will be allowed in park when open to the public.

There has been a lot of work done on the website. When website is completed, each member will receive an email instructing them to go to the website & generate their own custom password for the members only page.
